Shipping and Returns

FestiveGarage is a mail order shop. Because of this, we have to have relatively simple shipping and return policies.

  1. Is shipping included in the price of my item?


    Shipping is always included unless otherwise stated in the item description. Typically this shipping is via UPS Ground (or similar). Sometimes, though, we use USPS Priority Mail for very small or light items. Shipping is only included for our customers in the contiguous 48 United States. For our customers outside of the contiguous 48 United States, please contact us to determine shipping rates.

  2. Do you charge a restocking fee?


    Returns of non-goods items (anything that is a car part) are subject to at least a 15% restocking fee. Depending on what the relationship is between FestiveGarage and the distributor, it is possible that certain items may not be eligible to be returned at all, or may be returned but at a higher restocking rate. Check all items for details if you are unsure.

  3. How can I make a return?


    All returns must be coordinated with FestiveGarage. Send email to sales@festivegarage.com to begin the return process. Returns received without prior authorization are not subject to refund.
